How do you tell your Love Story? Vashi Rodriguez wanted to bring something fresh, contemporary and inclusive to the industry with his eponymous jewellery brand.
Inviting the customer to collaborate, the brand’s concept is centred around creating meaning in gifting an item that has been co-created by the gift giver.
With maker’s studios available to customers in stores, the Vashi team wanted to ensure the digital experience of making a piece of jewellery for a loved one was translated as purposefully online.
We were granted access to years’ worth of anecdotal evidence and ensured that this feedback was used to create an emotive online journey. Working with an amazing UX team to simplify a technical configurator. Alongside a wonderful Illustrator to craft a storytelling narrative for the online ‘Love Story’ and a 3D partner to bring the virtual 3D product renders to life and create a seamless experience for the user.
We crafted an online experience to browse and create your unique engagement ring. As simple journey to select the perfect metal, Clarity, Cut and Carat. The 3 C’s. With a 3D render to capture your creation.
To have and to hold.
We created an online experience for the couple to add their details, capturing the unique memories and moments. This was translated into a physical book (Credit Nathan James) to accompany the ring and tell their beautiful story.
To complete the transformation, I also created a guide for the product photography. This guided the creative team and 3D studio to create the still life and model product shots used for the online configurator.
