A convoluted experience that would take the user on average eight clicks from homepage to completion to book a simple restaurant reservation or spa treatment ultimately saw just 0.23% convert. We immersed ourselves in the Como brand; market research, discovery dives and search data to inform strategy and design.
The design was led by the guiding principles of the COMO brand.

Every detail of the design follows this approach; Ultra light lines, balance of subtle sheer tones, delicate typography and weightless animations.
Video and imagery were used to immerse the user and celebrate the sense of place. All these elements worked together to create a modern understated calming space to step into a digital COMO brand and spirit.
Collaborating closely with the Creative Director built a wonderful partnership and a deep understanding of the COMO brand.

A destination for brand storytelling, immersing the user into the destination pages, tapping into the nuances of the COMO offering, we crafted a ‘STORIES’ journey for users to explore recipes, activities or entire itineraries to ignite a sense of the real-life COMO experience, to feel the joy of living in the moment.
